The Pensacola mayoral race is non-partisan. Non-partisan elections are designed to focus on local issues, leadership qualities, and community priorities rather than party labels. To vote in the 2026 elections, you must be registered 29 days before Election Day. You can register online, by mail, or in person.

Escambia County offers several ways to cast your ballot, and here is a list of How to Vote in Pensacola — 2026 Elections for the Mayoral Race:


📍 Vote Early (In Person)

  • Early voting generally begins 10 days before Election Day and continues up to the day before the election (exact local sites and times published closer to the election).
  • Early voting locations and dates are listed here:

📨 Vote by Mail (Absentee Ballot)

You can request a ballot to be mailed to you — great if you prefer voting from home.

  • Request deadline: 5:00 pm on the 12th day before Election Day
  • Mail‑back deadline: Your ballot must be received by 7:00 pm on Election Day.

🏛️ Vote at Your Precinct on Election Day

  • Polls are open 7 am – 7 pm on Election Day.
  • Vote at the polling place assigned to your address.

If you vote in person (early or on Election Day), you must present a photo and signature ID such as:

  • Florida driver’s license or Florida ID
