During her time on Council, Hill focused on neighborhood-driven projects and practical improvements to everyday quality of life — an approach she refers to as The Ann Plan.
Her work emphasized habitat restoration, transportation safety, historic preservation, affordability, parks and recreation, public waterfront access, and neighborhood investment throughout Pensacola.
