The Ann Plan works by stopping wasteful spending and redirecting city funds to neighborhoods, parks, public spaces, youth programs, and essential services. With smart budgeting, transparency, and accountability, Pensacola residents get real results without raising taxes.
Absolutely! Yes! Current policies under Mayor D.C. Reeves are confusing and costly. By canceling unnecessary contracts, we can make downtown more welcoming, increase foot traffic, and support local businesses.
No. Ann Hill’s approach focuses on reallocating existing city funds, eliminating boondoggles, and ending developer handouts. Residents get better services without paying more.
Ann Hill will cancel unnecessary contracts, renegotiate bad deals, and invest in priorities that benefit residents.
You can volunteer, request a yard sign, sign the petition, or donate. Every Pensacola resident who gets involved helps put The Ann Plan into action.

Etched on three sides by sparkling waters, Pensacola blends bayside beauty with stories that span centuries. By investing in our neighborhoods, honoring our history, and protecting our waterfront, Pensacola becomes a healthier, happier place for everyone.
Having served on numerous local boards since the 1990s, including my most recent role as President of the City Council, I have the experience and leadership necessary to move our city forward. With your support, I am ready to implement The Ann Plan on day one as your next Mayor.
My husband's parents were longtime Pensacola natives who met at the downtown USO, and his father worked on airplanes at both Eglin AFB and Pensacola NAS. I moved to Pensacola in the 1990s, after decades of coming here to visit them, and we decided to raise our children in the schools of Pensacola -- Sacred Heart, St. John's and Catholic High.
My kids are seventh-generation Pensacolians, dating back to the original land grants of the Perdido Suarez family and the Nix seafood industry who worked on shrimp boats and supplied fresh mullet.
I am deeply rooted in the history of this area, and will lead our community forward while balancing progress with preservation.
Investing in these priorities strengthens neighborhoods, creates jobs, restores our environment, and ensures every dollar serves the people—not developers or special interests.
The Ann Plan is about putting Pensacola first—investing in neighborhoods, parks, public spaces, and youth programs, while protecting our historic character and waterfront. It focuses on smart budgeting, ending wasteful spending and developer handouts, and giving residents more say in how city funds are used.
By restoring our bays and bayous, supporting local businesses, and creating accessible infrastructure, Ann Hill’s plan builds a thriving, affordable, and beautiful Pensacola for everyone.
